Andrew is a qualified accountant with over 20 years' experience. He is the finance director for Morgan Sindall Investments Limited and has been employed by the Morgan Sindall Group since 2006. He has operated at board level for over 10 years and holds a number of investment directorships. A key responsibility is to maintain a good relationship with the senior funders and other key stakeholders and to ensure projects meet their financial and compliance obligations. Andrew has played a key role in a number of company acquisitions and investment disposals.

Andy is the General Manager for MSIL’s Slough Urban Renewal JV with Slough Borough Council and is currently working alongside the Partnership’s board and wider stakeholders to plan and deliver the overall strategic vision. With an increased pipeline of regeneration projects planned for the next 10 years, Andy is continuing to drive SUR’s success, improving the residential, educational, leisure, social and commercial infrastructure of Slough for the benefit of all those who live and work in the town. Duncan Johnston

Duncan joined MSIL in 2007 coming from both a construction & development background in various sectors, with 15+ years in a lead role in developing for Public Sector Partnerships. Duncan was instrumental in the successful bid for the Local Asset Backed Vehicle in Bournemouth, establishing The Bournemouth Development Company llp (BDC) and continuing to prove delivery with day to day responsibility as Development Director. Building on being the first LABV, the successes have also delivered the first student accommodation and the first build to rent schemes for MSIL.

Ben Harrop

Ben is the General Manager for Chalkdene Developments in Hertfordshire. Ben has been part of the MSIL team developing PPP business for over 10 years and has a particular focus on Joint Ventures and Partnerships with Public Sector Organisations. Ben has successfully led several bid teams and established numerous public private partnerships that have delivered more that £500m of community projects such as schools and health care facilities and is responsible for developing unique partnership offerings and progressing this through to the establishment of our Joint Ventures. Ben was responsible for establishing Hub West Scotland, a complex a 60/40 JV between MSIL and the Scottish Futures Trust and 15 Public Sector Participants (Public Sector Partners) including the Greater Glasgow & Clyde NHS Foundation Trust. Ben was subsequently appointed as a Director of Hub West Scotland and is also a Board Member of five other successful joint venture project companies.

With over 20 years health experience across both primary care and acute sectors, Kath works closely with the SEP Partners to realise the Partnerships’ strategic plan and vision for the future which focusses on optimising the Trusts’ estate to best support service delivery and maximise revenue. Kath has broad development, commercial and general management experience gained at a senior level and also sits on the Board of a PPP specialising in healthcare development in partnership with the public sector.

David Lane

With over 25 years of experience in construction and infrastructure, David has spent the last 15 years primarily focusing on delivering projects and services within public private partnerships in the UK. David is lead Director for the hub West Scotland platform which has to date developed schemes with a value in excess of £375m.
