East Hampshire, Fareham & Gosport NHS LIFT reaches financial close

Morgan Sindall Investments (MSIL) is pleased to announce that as part of Community Solutions for Primary Care (CSPC), a joint venture between MSIL, Apollo Medical Partners and Barclays European Infrastructure Fund, it has signed a 20-year partnering agreement with East Hampshire Primary Care Trust and Fareham & Gosport Primary Care Trust to provide primary health and social care facilities in South East Hampshire, under a NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) agreement.

This is the third LIFT project, in addition to Barnsley NHS LIFT and Camden & Islington NHS LIFT, that CSPC has lead to financial close.

Under the LIFT agreement CSPC is expected to carry out construction works totalling some £75 million over the next five years.

Initial contracts with a value of £6 million, for completion within the next 12 months, have been signed for the development of Rowner Health Centre in Gosport and Oak Park Children’s Services Centre in Havant.
